The hotel boasts various amenities like a spacious room, rooftop with a panoramic view, and excellent hot tubs with a beautiful view. the rooms are very clean and the service is accommodating. the on, site breakfast is alright. the pool and jacuzzi are impressive facilities, but it can be off, limits sometimes.
The hotel failed to mention a not, so, obvious onsen tax, and some amenities were off, limits without any prior notice.

Spacious rooms and great amenities. The pool area was perfect for lounging and taking photos. The breakfast buffet was decent and had a good variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel's location was convenient and within walking distance to other attractions.
there was some confusion about the availability of certain amenities, such as the pool area. A disclaimer about offseason closures or limitations would have been appreciated.

During my New Year’s stay, I had a great time at a resort with an incredible view of the ocean. I loved the size of the rooms and all the amenities provided, including the hot tub on the balcony. The rooftop area with a panoramic view and the onsen were some of the best aspects of my stay. Additionally, the location within walking distance of a great local onsen and restaurant was very convenient.
My experience was not perfect. There were a few things that I disliked. Firstly, the pool area was off-limits without any explanation, cutting our enjoyment of the amenities short. Secondly, there was an onsen tax that was not specified in the price details, which was a bit of an unwelcome surprise. Lastly, staff organization at check-in was not efficient and could become very crowded at times.
